The AEO status is delivered by the customs administration to reliable companies. With this accreditation, we get a simplified and a dematerialized customs procedures (reduction of physical and documentary controls, priority processing, less information required, etc.).

The IATA agreement is a certification which guarantees the fluidity of operations related to air freight and the respect of international regulations. All the RDT Groupe agencies are IATA certified.

To guarantee the hygiene and sanitary safety, we respect the HACCP system’s procedures to identify, evaluate and manage major risks.

Our status as customs brokers allows us to obtain the authorization from the French national agency to transport pharmaceutical products (narcotics, psychotropics and cosmetics).
