RDT awarded at the USI annual meeting
Since 2015, Groupe RDT is a member of United Shipping (USI), an international network gathering freight forwarders and custom brokers from every countries. This network enables its members to work with reliable partners for the local part of the worldwide shipment. Every year, all the members gather for 2 days for the annual meeting held in a different country. In may 2018, our team went to Philadelphia for the special edition celebrating the 30th anniversary of the network.
During the awards ceremony, we received two prices:
- The “Sales Award” for our reactivity and competitiveness. It was one of the four awards in the category “performance”.
- The “5 year award” for the 5 years of our Mauritian agency in the USI network.
These awards are a great recognition of our involvement, passion, and will to place the customer in the center of our activity. Thanks to the integration of all the supply chain services, to the skilled and involved employees, and to the development of innovating tools, we were able to set up a fast, efficient and personalised system to process customer requests.
